I met Rodney Harris aka King Rod a few years ago at a social event. After speaking for a few minutes, we realized that we had fitness in common and stayed in touch. We have both watched each other blossom since the time that we met. I eventually hired him as my personal trainer.
Who is “King Rod?”
Rodney “King Rod” Harris is a NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Weight Management Specialist and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor. He specializes in helping clients get in the best shape possible through by understanding the importance of proper diet and exercise. He has been training individuals since December of 2013.
